Dreamer 9 Officially Launched from 419,900 Yuan, Equipped with Huawei Qiankun ADS 5!

On September 22, the Voyah Dreamer 9 was officially launched, with a price range of 419,900–529,900 yuan. It comes in three versions: Ultra, Ultra+, and Ritual Edition, offering both plug-in hybrid and pure electric powertrains. As the flagship model of the Dreamer family aiming at the 500,000-yuan class, it is also the world's first luxury MPV equipped with a retractable hood ornament, targeting the high-end markets of family travel and business hospitality.

The exterior adopts the "Heaven and Earth Galaxy" Chinese-style design concept, with a square and wide body that exudes a powerful presence. The signature "Kunpeng Soaring" crystal retractable hood ornament features 2,520 precision-cut facets, paired with a star-vein illuminated grille and a welcome light carpet, creating a complete welcome ceremony system. Inside, the cabin offers a "one cabin, eight scenes" variable space. The second-row ceremonial zero-gravity seats integrate four functions—rotation, lateral sliding, zero gravity, and mechanical massage—and support multi-angle mode switching, catering to the diverse needs of both business hospitality and family relaxation.

Intelligence and hardware are the core competitive strengths of the Dreamer 9. The entire lineup adopts a full-domain L3 architecture and is equipped with Huawei Qiankun ADS 5. The vehicle features 37 sensors, including an 896-line main LiDAR plus three blind-spot-filling radars, enabling all-around environmental perception. The HarmonySpace 6 cabin delivers a smooth interactive experience.

The electric drive system features an 800V high-voltage platform. The plug-in hybrid version is equipped with a 65kWh Amber battery, enabling a 20%-80% fast charge in just 12 minutes; the pure electric version carries a 120kWh large-capacity Amber battery, addressing the range shortcomings of high-end MPVs. The chassis features the Tiger Crouch Chassis P, equipped with three-chamber air springs, dual-valve EDC dampers, and bidirectional 10° rear-wheel steering, allowing the 5.3-meter vehicle to turn flexibly. With a front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension, it balances ride comfort and handling stability.

In the 400,000–530,000-yuan MPV segment, the Dreamer 9 stands out with clear advantages. The full suite of Huawei intelligent driving and cabin, three-chamber air suspension, rear-wheel steering, and 800V high voltage are all made available, while the Chinese-style luxury design creates differentiation, balancing both family and business scenarios. The Voyah Dreamer series already has a base of over 200,000 users and deep market reputation. Its shortcomings are also objective: the price directly confronts strong rivals such as the Denza D9 and AITO M9 in a fiercely competitive segment; the large body size poses parking pressure in cities; and the top-trim Ritual Edition is priced at 529,900 yuan, a high threshold that appeals to a relatively niche audience.

Overall, the Dreamer 9 is generously equipped and represents an upward breakthrough for Voyah's MPV products. If the launch benefits are well executed and conversions from business and family users are smooth, it is expected to capture a share of the high-end MPV market. However, this segment is crowded with strong rivals, and sustained hot sales will still depend on actual showroom experience and delivery performance.
